Sandeep founded A-WAY Consultancy in 2011 after a decade of working with Canadian and Australian immigration law firms. He holds an active license from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) — the official regulator for Canadian immigration consultants — and is registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in Australia.

Since 2011, Sandeep has personally overseen the placement of over 4,700 Indian students into universities in Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, the USA, Ireland and New Zealand. He writes all of A-WAY's country guides, visa guides, and SOP / LOR templates. He does not delegate consultations — every A-WAY client meets Sandeep in the first session.
